A fantastic omakase experience at the counter with Chef Matt Lai! If you're in the Tampa area and appreciate a memorable food experience Noble Rice is your spot. Trust the Chef, and go with the omakase. The cocktails are also super tasty! This is my Tampa 2023 Number 1.
Can I just say wow!!!!!! From the staff to the atmosphere, to the flavor profile and presentation, I was beyond impressed with my experience. I have been looking for a good Ramen since I left Japan and wow, boy did I find it! The sushi also was AMAZING ???? it just melted in your mouth!! Haven’t had that level of quality in so long (if you didn’t like the sushi, then you had to lose your senses to Covid) because that was just a magical experience on its own. Let me not forget the staff. The manager and staff all around were absolutely phenomenal and made my experience that much better. 100 out of 10 would recommend!!!!
Perfect sushi, unique dishes and some the best service you’ll find. I highly recommend their fried chicken dishes if you like habanero. The chicken bao bun is next level.
The best omakase experiences I've had in Florida! Creative and delicious high quality fish and seafood dishes. My party and I were taken good care of by our chef, the service was friendly and enhanced the experience. I will definitely be returning! A few of the spectacular standouts for us were the wagyu sushi rice risotto, milk bread egg salmon bite, and the otoro tuna rice cake!
The absolute freshest sushi I've had. We were fortunate enough for to be present for the carving of the tuna that came straight from the/ markets of Japan. The staff were more than happy to explain every detail of the sushi. Try the tuna sample platter.
I sadly didn’t take any pictures because I was just amazed by the food. If you have Byron as your server and don’t know what to try, ask him and he will pick the best dishes/pairings. Definitely will be back again to try the other dishes we didn’t have tonight.
This place is a hidden gem! The food, atmosphere and service were all top notch! The assistant manager, Kenny, was super nice and welcoming. Our server Christian was exceptional! He recommend our food and drinks and everything was soooooo good!
Always 5 stars. No need to elaborate, just go. Everything is ALWAYS amazing including the service. Tyler has always taken care of us and she is excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have been several times and the experience is always the same.
Very Intimate experience, food came out tasting like a pure mountain spring. Food was filling for the portion sizes and it was reasonably priced. Definitely perfect place to go for a birthday, anniversary, maybe even a proposal. Anyways I don’t spend my time writing reviews unless im blown away and I promise you wont be disappointed investing your money eating here.
